I purchased a new Cadillac Escalade from Chris and John at Sons Cadillac. Early in the life of the car, the dreaded engine light came on, followed by a loss of power, jerking motion and then a warning that stabilitrak had shut down. Bryan Harris was the worst salesman. My husband wanted to surprise me with a vehicle for Mother's Day. To make a long story short he mislead my husband who is a veteran and senior citizen just to make a sale. We had an issue when we test drove the vehicle, time to pick it up after purchased and to get an extra set of keys. Bryan was very aggressive, not attentive, didn't know the correct info on the GMC Terrain. Just bad customer service
Kraig and the Team at SONS Chevy-Cadillac are easy to do business with. No pressure, everything is upfront and straightforward. Nobody could come close to beating their price! This is my second new Chevy purchased from Kraig Mcahren.
While we are super grateful for the truck, it was mentioned at time of sale that there was another set of keys and the lock nug key. Our sales rep was called weekly about the update of these two items that we were originally told were shipped down from the previous owners. Dropped my truck off almost a week ago to get its 90k-100k service. I knew the transmission was acting funny and tailgate not working properly and wanted those checked out as well. I have only had the truck for a year, its a 2019 and only had 63k miles on it when I purchased it. I went in and let them know what was most important in my purchase. The Manager's worked hard to get me what I needed. They were very honest and upfront with me. I will definitely go to SONS for all my buying, servicing, and body shop needs.
This place should be called Clown Show Cadillac. In 30yrs of buying cars, this is the most unmotivated and unprofessional sales team I have dealt with. The communication is poor and the left hand doesn't know what the right hand is doing. This place is not serious about selling cars.
Beware on the SONS Advantage. When you read this dealers website, they claim to not charge any unnecessary fees. Every sale includes the SONS Advantage at an additional $676, whether you want it or not. It is an option that is not available from Cadillac which makes it an unnecessary ... Read More

Michael Sparks was the service person that helped me with the warranty repair of my AC on my Camaro. He was easy to work with and kept me up to date on every step of the way. He went above and beyond what I would expect from getting a warranty repair fixed. It changed my opinion on dealing with a dealership for a warranty repair. It was easy and quick, thanks to him. He definitely deserves a raise.
I took my 2012 Avalanche in for an oil change and an estimate on some upcoming maintenance. My truck was finished in about an hour. It was a positive experience.

Service was good and the customer service was good. Unfortunately, I will not be using the shuttle service again. First driver got too distracted talking and missed a turn and stop sign, and the second driver almost got in an accident.
Keith Caver was impeccable. Standup salesman. He was patient, diligent, and communicated extremely well. The team was able to enlighten me of all the features from a distance via FaceTime. I have already started recommending Keith and Sons Chevrolet for all used, new, and trade-in accommodations.

Came in for oil change and service I received came with tire rotation fluid top off and routine inspection to see if everything was working as it should. I got in the car after service and first thing I checked was my tire pressure and my tires did not receive a fill up. We recently purchased a certified truck from Sons Chevrolet. Our saleperson Byron Caruso and the Sons Chevrolet team made the entire sale very easy with no stress. We agreed on a price and the next day we arrived to sign the sales agreement and finance papers, Byron had all the paper work together and ready to sign. When I contacted Sons with an inquiry about a specific vehicle the response from my salesman was immediate. My salesman was personable and took time to become familiar with my interest and budget. Within 30 minutes he calculated a bottom line figure and scheduled a pick up/delivery. Once I arrived, the facility was warm and inviting from the front door greeters to the financial manager. We visited SONS Chevrolet Cadillac in search of a used vehicle and had intentions of making a purchase today. I feel as though the technician that looked at my vehicle was slightly incompetent. It was brought in to see about 2 seatbelts being replaced from being frayed by an animal. The tech said they only noticed 1 seatbelt needing replaced when the second clearly cannot even be used because it’s caught on the frayed part and won’t retract back in. Then being told we only needed 1 replaced not 2, which is not true still having to pay for my vehicle to be looked at. Just seemed a bit unprofessional and all about money to me.

We had forgotten that we had comprehensive coverage for repair bills on our vehicle. The insurer did not provide documents. However Mr. John Thompson of Sons Chevrolet helped us track down the information and arranged for a refund of the bill. We are thankful that he went out of his way to help us.
